Privacy policy
This site collects very little. It sets no cookies and loads no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. This page explains the data that is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who is responsible
Applied Astra is a brand of Space Astra AI, based in the United States. Space Astra AI decides how your data is used. For anything about your data, write to support@appliedastra.com.

Client project data is used only for that client's project. It is handled under the written scope agreed with the client, which takes priority over this page for that data.
3. Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising pixels or fingerprinting. Fonts and the site's own scripts are served from this site.
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, whose script loads from Cloudflare. It works without cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and gives us totals such as page views and country, not a profile of you.
The booking page is run by Cal.com on its own site and may set its own cookies there.
4. Who receives your data
- Cloudflare hosts this site, counts visits and stores "Notify me" sign-ups.
- Cal.com runs the booking page. The payment provider connected to it processes the booking deposit. Card details go to that provider and never reach us.
- Our email provider carries the emails you send to and receive from us.
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. It may be disclosed where the law requires it.
5. Transfers between countries
These providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long it is kept
- "Notify me" sign-ups: until the notification has been sent or you ask for removal, whichever comes first.
- Emails and booking records: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require.
- Client project data: as set out in the written scope, and returned or deleted at handover unless agreed otherwise.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- withdraw consent at any time, which stops future use;
- object to or restrict how it is used;
- receive it in a portable format;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these, email support@appliedastra.com. We reply within 30 days. To be removed from a "Notify me" list, send the email address you signed up with.
8. Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and sign-ups are stored with access limited to the site owner. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date. Material changes that affect data you already gave us are also emailed to you where we have your address.
